How to use this directory

Services → Personality → Review Websites → Contant potential VAs

  1. Services: Decide what type of work you primarily need done. Do you need help with business development, event management, training, bookkeeping, graphics, marketing, billing, real estate, writer support, social media, or transcription? Or, do you need help with everything?

  2. Personality: Once you have figured out what services you need, think about what types of personalities you work best with. Do you like to communicate by email, phone, or both? What kind of turnaround time do you need? Do you have a lot of emergencies? What kind of turnaround time do you need for those emergencies? What personality traits do you like with people you work with?

  3. Review websites: Look through the VA directory at those who specialize in the services  you need and review their websites.

  4. Contact potential VAs: Meet with potential VAs or VA groups over the phone or via email. Talk. Decide together if you can work together.
